Zapier

Authenticate with an API key. Triggers are instant REST hooks: Zapier calls POST https://api.sendaapp.co.za/v1/hooks with { target_url, event, source: "zapier" } when a Zap is turned on and DELETE /v1/hooks/:id when it is turned off. Actions call the public API (send SMS, create contact). The app definition is in the repository under integrations/zapier.

Make

Same API-key connection and REST hooks with source: "make". Module definitions are under integrations/make.

HubSpot & Salesforce

Connect from Integrations in the portal (owner or admin). You declare the consent basis for synced contacts (POPIA) and optionally a target list. We use OAuth 2 with PKCE, store tokens encrypted, and pull contacts with a mobile or phone number every 15 minutes (incremental on last-modified). Disconnecting deletes the tokens.

SFTP batch drop

Enable it in the portal. Connect with username = your tenant slug and password = an API key with messages:write. Upload /upload/anything.csv with columns msisdn,message[,sender] (max 10 MB, 100 000 rows). The server is write-only; each line is sent once (idempotent).

Email-to-SMS

Enable it in the portal, then send mail with SMTP AUTH (tenant slug + API key, STARTTLS) to 27821234567@sms.<domain>. The plain-text body (up to 1 600 characters, signature stripped) becomes the SMS. Choose a sender with the X-Senda-Sender header.
